These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bijli LLC website and the services provided by Bijli LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). 5. Fees and Payments: The fees for Bijli LLC's project management services will be outlined in the project agreement. Clients are responsible for making payments in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

 

6. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or provided by Bijli LLC as part of the project management services shall remain the property of Bijli LLC, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

 

7. Limitation of Liability: Bijli LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project management services.

 

8. Termination: Either party may terminate the project management services with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

 

9. Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Bijli LLC is registered.
